I'm starting my Christmas in July projects a little early this year. Don't you just love Mary Engelbreit! Christmas Candy pattern will be out sooooon. I have to go find Edward first...in the woods.
Here's my favorite way to do templates. Trace a pattern. Use glue stick to glue it onto a manilla folder. Cut out with a xacto knife. I make a few, in case I shave off a tad while cutting with my rotary cutter. I find this is faster than using the markings on rulers. Just a personal preference.
